1.3 Shop Ownership: To sell products on ProperAd™, you are required to open a shop within our marketplace. By opening a shop, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines provided by ProperAd™.
2. Product Listing and Selling
2.1 Product Listing: Sellers can list products on ProperAd™ in the following ways:
- Add a product for sale on the site.
- Add a product or service without a buy option
- Add a product without setting a price to receive price requests from customers
- Add a product to sell only license keys
2.2 Seller Responsibilities: As a seller on ProperAd™, you are responsible for accurately describing your products, setting appropriate prices, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to list prohibited items or engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
3. Data Security and Privacy
3.1 Information Collection: ProperAd™ takes the security and privacy of your information seriously. We collect and store the information you provide during the account creation and product listing process, as well as information generated through your use of our Services.

However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
